Our cancellation policy will be upheld. -Minimum age required to book: 24 yrs. -ID may be required. -Instant bookings subject to 48 hr review before finalized. -Must follow rules HOA and local laws. -$50/hr fine for late check-out. -Evidence of unit not being in condition as advertised MUST be reported on day 1. We will offer a remedy but no refunds. -No 3rd party bookings. -Fines of up to 110% for replacing or fixing missing or broken items, smoking or excess filth/ pest removal. -Renter acknowledges that Royal Garden Resort HOA is currently in the process of repairing and waterproofing the exterior of the building on the ocean side. This process will begin on September 2, 2025, and continue throughout the year. This process involves construction activities in the facades and balconies of the condominiums and may temporarily limit the use of the building’s amenities and possible loss of access to the balcony. It also involves the use of loud machinery during working hours, Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM. Renter hereby acknowledges and agrees that it has been provided with written notice as to these repairs and any ancillary activities related, and that such activities will not be considered a nuisance to the renter.
