LeConte and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as your daily backdrop, the beauty here is as constant as it is unforgettable. • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin • Sleeps 4 guests maximum • Parking for one vehicle onsite • 4x4 vehicle recommended for mountain driving, especially in winter • Fireplace is gas and seasonal (Oct–Mar, weather permitting) • Coffee maker is Keurig—please bring your own coffee pods • Charcoal grill available—bring charcoal • Hot tub is professionally cleaned between guests. It may need time to heat upon check-in; adjust as needed • Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent • All guest communication must go through the website messenger, even if initial contact is made by another method • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
