Casa Alba's expansive backyard and patio area is an oasis of leisure and luxury, featuring outdoor seating, a BBQ area, a large pool, and a big jacuzzi that accommodates all guests at once. The fire pit area with chairs around invites cozy evenings under the stars. Every bedroom boasts either a shared or private terrace, with the master bedroom including a hammock for ultimate relaxation. Punta Mita is an exclusive tourist destination located on the Mexican Pacific coast, known for its natural beauty and luxurious facilities. Casa Alba requires a refundable security deposit fee equivalent to one night's rate. While gratuities for our dedicated staff are not included in your stay, they are greatly appreciated by the staff. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 60 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations within 60 calendar days of the arrival date shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the festive season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Weeks) a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates.
