Casa Alba requires a refundable security deposit fee equivalent to one night's rate. While gratuities for our dedicated staff are not included in your stay, they are greatly appreciated by the staff. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 60 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations within 60 calendar days of the arrival date shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the festive season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Weeks) a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates.
