Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
