The space includes: * A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, perfect for resting after a day exploring the city. * A fully equipped kitchen with essential utensils, allowing you to easily prepare your meals. * A modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. * Air conditioning to maintain the ideal temperature at any time of year. * Smart TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Porto, just steps away from all the city's cultural and tourist attractions. Within a few meters, you'll find a wide selection of renowned restaurants and bars, perfect for exploring Porto's vibrant nightlife. Aliados metro station is only 300 meters away, providing easy access to all the main attractions. The Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, the Douro River with the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, the Sé Cathedral, and Avenida dos Aliados are all within easy walking distance. For your daily needs, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops are conveniently located nearby. For a more complete experience, take bus 500 near São Bento station for a scenic ride through Ribeira, Foz, and the beaches of Matosinhos, ending at the local market where you can savor fresh fish and seafood dishes. Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon request. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV usage set at 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required to allow the host's staff to enter the property for inspection purposes when requested. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
