The newly decorated studio offers a welcoming and functional environment. The main space features a comfortable double bed, ideal for couples or solo travelers. A small balcony provides a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for preparing your meals, and the bathroom has all the essential amenities for your comfort. For added convenience, the studio includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a pleasant and connected stay. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Porto's vibrant cultural and tourist center, where the atmosphere is always lively! Surrounded by renowned restaurants and bars, the neighborhood pulsates with life. The Aliados metro station is just 300 meters away, providing easy access to all the main tourist attractions. Within walking distance, you'll find the iconic Clérigos Tower, the historic Lello Bookstore, the picturesque Douro River with the Dom Luís I Bridge, the majestic Sé Cathedral, and the emblematic Avenida dos Aliados. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and a variety of shops are conveniently located nearby. At night, the surrounding streets transform into the city's most vibrant spots. To explore the riverside area, we suggest taking bus 500 from São Bento train and metro station, which will take you along the Ribeira, the Douro River waterfront, Foz, and the beaches of Matosinhos, culminating at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, famous for its fish and seafood dishes. Welcome! Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of 200€ per hour will be charged for check-outs after the authorized time. If you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV packages of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow entry to a staff member for property inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits planned for this purpose. Let me know if you need further adjustments!
