As a guest of our home, you'll have access to a game room w/ ping pong table, private pool, hot tub, club amenities, & also enjoy exclusive golf member rates, making this the perfect vacation spot for golf enthusiasts. First Floor: - Game room in garage with ping pong table - Bunk room #1 - Shared full bathroom with two sinks - Bunk room #2 - Queen room with en suite full bathroom - Shared balcony with hammock and chairs - Washer and dryer Second Floor: - Spacious living room with plenty of seating - Dining table - Bar seating - Fully stock kitchen - Half bath - Master king room with en suite bathroom with two sinks - Front screened in porch with seating and sound views - Top deck propane grill - Top deck picnic table and seating area Outside: - Large private pool - Hot tub - Two outdoor showers - Lounge chairs **Please note the pool and hot tub close on October 15th** The trolley service is complimentary and runs every 15-20 minutes from 9:00am-6:30pm every day during the season. The trolley stops directly in front of the property and takes you to the beach entrance. A beach valet service will assist you with bringing your beach equipment from the trolley. There is also an on-call trolley service where you can request pick-up and drop-off times for $75 round trip. The Currituck Club is a golf cart friendly community, check out OBX Beach Toy Rentals if interested. There are dedicated golf cart parking spaces near the beach entrance which you can drive to from the home. There is also public beach parking spaces (Currituck County Southern Beach Public Access) which are on a first come, first served basis. Typically you will find a spot if you arrive before 8:30am. The Currituck Club offers a wide range of amenities that are available to our guests, including a fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more. Whether you're looking to stay active or simply relax and unwind, there's something for everyone at the Currituck Club. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk (0.7 miles) and there is also a trolly service that stops right in front of the house and drops you off at the beach entrance. Have a lot of beach gear? A complementary beach valet service will set you up to enjoy the beautiful Corolla beaches! With its unparalleled blend of style, comfort, and convenience, Sound + Vision is the perfect choice for your next Outer Banks getaway. *The private pool and hot tub will reopen 5/1/25* *The guest making the reservation must meet the minimum age requirement and be present during the entire duration of the stay. Violation of this rule may result in fines or eviction.* *Any cancellation will follow refund policy less processing fees.* Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
