Welcome to Indigo Sunset on the Sound! This house is designed to keep you connected to the water from the moment you arrive. The home opens with bright sightlines that draw your eyes straight to the sound, creating an immediate sense of calm and openness. Large windows, cathedral ceilings, and a flowing layout allow natural light and water views to carry throughout the main living spaces. The main level is the heart of the home, where the living area, kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining space all come together around sweeping sound views. There are dedicated golf cart parking spaces near the beach entrance which you can drive to from the home. There is also public beach parking spaces (Currituck County Southern Beach Public Access) which are on a first come, first served basis. Typically you will find a spot if you arrive before 8:30am. Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
