Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Seasonal Pool and Tennis courts as well. Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally. HOA will not allow charcoal or open flame BBQ on property grounds. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Guest may go directly to their properties. Additional information to properties will be given to guests after they have booked with Bear Lake Lodging. Check-out is at 10:00 am. Amazing views of the lake and marina.
