This home has beautiful views, wonderful amenties and the Reserve private Beach access. It has large green space, fire pit, deck and 3 levels of home to fit your family and friends. House Layout and Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps 16 in beds Main Level: Main Bedroom with King Bed and En-suite Bathroom Kitchen Dining area seats 8 Kitchen Bar seats 5 Family Room and TV 1/2 bath and mud room Walk out Deck with seating area and tables to seat 10+ Upper 2nd Level: Bedroom #2- King Bed Bedroom #3 - King Bed Full Bathroom Loft with Twin Beds and Pull out sofa Basement: Bedroom #4- Queen Bed Bedroom #5- 3 Queen Bed Full Bathroom with double sinks Laundry Room Media Room with 65' TV, DVD player and WII System Family Room with Kitchenette, Microwave, sink and mini fridge Walk out to cement patio, large grassy area, fire pit, and access to public park Parking: Drive way holds 4-5 cars. All boats, trailers and extra cars can be parked in overflow parking. For any problems or issues, guests will work with Bear Lake Lodging. A local property management company in Garden City. This home is close to everything in the Reserve in Fish Haven. It has a wonderful view of Bear Lake, and a great deck to sit out and enjoy the evening as the kids play on the grass or the playground. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Guest may go directly to their properties. Additional information to properties will be given to guests after they have booked with Bear Lake Lodging. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
