Explore the city and discover the beauty that Porto has to offer! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities cap (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If consumption exceeds this amount, the extra cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant is required to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
