The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living room, with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table, is the perfect place to relax and socialise. The bathroom, with elegant touches, is equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure your comfort. For added convenience, the apartment features air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Rua do Duque de Palmela in Porto is a vibrant spot that blends history and modernity. Set amongst cobbled streets and historic buildings, this area offers a rich mix of culture, cuisine and entertainment. Just a short walk away is the Jardim de São Lázaro, a lush green oasis perfect for relaxing or enjoying a picnic. A short walk away, discover a variety of restaurants, cafés and local shops that celebrate authentic Portuguese culture. With easy access to Avenida dos Aliados and the River Douro, the location is ideal for exploring Porto. The Campo 24 de Agosto metro station, an 8-minute walk away, makes getting around the city a breeze. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff access to the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits scheduled for this purpose.
