"Blue Spruce Chalet" is located in the Lake Village community, on the Nevada side of the south shore, near the casinos at Stateline. This property is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The front door opens to the main level with the living room, kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, dining area with four seats, and a deck with patio table and gas grill. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, plush, comfortable couches, and a gas fireplace. The upper level has the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV, bathroom with a shower, and a small deck looking out to the forest and hiking trail. The lower level has a second bedroom with two full-sized beds, a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage closet where the washer and dryer are. Tenants will have access to the Lake Village clubhouse amenities, including the pool, tennis courts, and children's playground (open during the warmer months) and the hot tub and games tables in the clubhouse (open year-round).
