This newly remodeled ranch-style home features an expansive kitchen island with enough room for the chef of your group. This home has amazing opportunities to make memories that will last a lifetime. Living Space From the kitchen, you can see out to the covered patio and backyard with the pool so you can stay in the loop with the outdoor activities. The master bathroom boasts a beautiful shower so you can relax after 18 holes or a hike. Soak up the Arizona sun in the backyard and refresh in the pool or hot tub. Challenge each other in foosball, corn hole, and shuffleboard for amazing memories! Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation. No Pets Allowed Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance. Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key. Pack N Play: $40 + tax per item High Chairs: $40 + tax per item Air Mattress $40 + tax per item Home Rules: Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you! May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
