The owners, Maureen and Bruce, are good people. The condo and the complex are simply great!! Everybody is so friendly! This unit is a great deal as it reasonably priced, beautiful, well maintained and has been renovated in the last few years. To my wife and I, it seems like a home away from home. It has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is completely equipped to cook any meal you would at home. The living, dining room and bedrooms (2) are all very comfortable with all the comforts of home. There is two full bathrooms so it is great for two couples or a couple with two kids. There are 3, count them, 3 lanai's to catch the sun or shade, whichever you want. We stumbled across the Nihi Condo's three years ago while staying at hotel in the area. If we had known about the Nihi Kai Complex before we booked the hotel, we would certianly have not booked the hotel, paying double at the hotel and getting less. The Nihi Kai complex is quiet yet very accessible. The complex is right across a small road from the ocean where you can sit on a small rock wall with other guests in the rsort to watch for whales, sea turtles and Poipu's f
