Located right of the Beltline, this studio has all you need to make your stay, for work or play, as comfortable as possible! Minimum 30 day stay required. This is a studio room furnished with WiFi, smart tv, heat, air conditioning, kitchen, Keurig, essentials, private bathroom, and closet. This space boasts a great work-from-home environment! A minimum 30 day booking is required for this unit. If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250. Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
