Large primary bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. No TV in primary bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, TV. 2nd bathroom has a bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen has a large island with seating and everything needed to cook meals, including a drip coffee maker. Smart TVs for streaming in living room and 2nd bedroom. Full capacity stacked washer/dryer. This condo is 1,400 square feet in size. Please note: Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
