The bathroom includes "his & hers" walk-in closets, 2 vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and a stand-in shower. 2nd Bedroom(2nd Floor): Queen Bed with a Smart TV, closet, and an in-room vanity. 3rd Bedroom(2nd Floor): Queen Bed with a closet and an in-room vanity. 4th Bedroom(2nd Floor): Queen Bed with a closet and an in-room vanity. 5th Bedroom(1st Floor): Full Bed with a "his & hers" closets and an in-room vanity. Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation. No Pets Allowed Pool or SPA heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance. Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. For your safety and security, there is a ring camera located at the front door. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
