This splendid vacation home is designed to cater to your every need, offering a contemporary kitchen, open living spaces, and comfortable sleeping quarters for the ultimate beach getaway. Between the bedrooms, trundle bed in the loft, and murphy bed, this home can sleep up to 10 people! Ground level: - Carport - Outdoor shower - Play area - Charcoal grill Main Level: - Stocked kitchen - Dining area - Living area - 4 bedrooms Loft: - Trundle bed - Dedicated work space - 2-minute drive to Wright Brother's Monument - 8-minute drive to Shine on Juicery - 1-minute drive to Longboards Island Grill - 2-minute drive to Black Pelican Oceanfront - 1-minute drive to 7-Eleven (5-minute walk) - 6-minute drive to Food Lion - 6-minute drive to Harris Teeter Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150. Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
