We provide 12 towels and a full laundry facility. A Welcome Kit is included. Although Windsor Cay's resort some area are currently under construction. The house is located near Publix, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios. If you would like to add the pool heater, please let us know 48 hours before your stay for an additional fee. *Please note that an additional fee applies for renting the grill. If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please request it in advance. * Please be aware of Windsor Cay resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.
