The Old Farmhouse is a beautifully renovated countryside retreat sleeping up to 10 guests, combining the character of a traditional Cornish farmhouse with exceptional modern facilities. Set within mature private gardens and ideally positioned between Falmouth and Truro, it's a wonderful place for families and groups to spend time together. At the heart of the main house is the spacious contemporary kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with a double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A large dining table provides plenty of space for everyone to gather, while the breakfast bar is perfect for a morning coffee while planning the day ahead. The cosy separate living room offers a comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV and wood burner, creating the perfect place to settle in on cooler evenings. There is also a bright sunroom overlooking the gardens, ideal for reading, relaxing or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The main house has three beautifully presented bedrooms. These include a double bedroom, a super-king zip-and-link bedroom which can be arranged as a twin on request, and a king-size bedroom with its own dressing room and en-suite rainfall shower. The family bathroom features a freestanding roll-top bath alongside a separate rainfall shower. A separate pool house adds another dimension to the property, with its own open-plan kitchen and dining area alongside a private sauna, steam room, shower facilities and separate WC. Just outside, the private heated swimming pool provides a fantastic space for the whole group to enjoy during their stay. Upstairs in the pool house is a large family room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and two super-king zip-and-link beds, both of which can be arranged as twins on request. For evenings at home, the dedicated cinema room features an impressive 98-inch Samsung Smart TV, full Sonos surround sound with Dolby Atmos, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, PlayStation 5 and Blu-ray player. Outside, the farmhouse is surrounded by mature private gardens with generous lawns and plenty of space to enjoy the Cornish countryside. The patio terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and summer barbecues, while the garden and pool area provide plenty of room for the whole group to relax. Driveway parking is available for three cars, with additional free parking available if required.
