You’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the action. The Roaring Fork Stream, which flows directly from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, runs just behind the cabin—and it’s stocked weekly with trout! Don’t forget to grab a local fishing license and enjoy one of the area’s favorite pastimes. • The Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly by the City of Gatlinburg. A fishing license can be purchased locally. • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin. • This cabin sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. • We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin is easily accessible with paved roads all the way, but 4x4 is helpful in the event of inclement weather. • The fireplace is wood burning. Firewood is not provided—please bring your own. • This cabin has very limited parking. Only ONE vehicle can fit in the designated space. A 2015 Ford Explorer (7-passenger SUV) fits in the spot, but anything larger will not. Please review the listing photos for a visual reference and plan accordingly. While the parking may be tight, the cabin is truly exceptional and worth it. • Cabin features high-speed WiFi and smart TVs (no cable service; bring your smart TV login credentials). • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
