The house is compact but modernized, comfortable, and totally charming with fabulous views, directly on the beach. The living room has a sofa and two easy chairs, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a writing desk. There are two bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed with a spacious sitting area facing the beach, a dresser, two closets, two bedside tables, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, an easy chair and table, a full closet, and a beach view. The guest bathroom has a tiled tub shower 2 bedrooms (king, queen), 2 baths Occupancy 4 persons Gas grill Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Kuerig, Toaster, Cookware Living Central Air / Heat, Linens / Beach Towels, Washer & Dryer, WIFI Pets Permitted with a $500 per pet, per week non refundable pet deposit Beach items such as chairs and umbrellas are provided Wiles Drive, Beachfront, Close to Shops Minimum Stay Nightly Rental – Three-night minimum stay All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms. Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax). You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
