The living room is furnished with a large sectional, plus a large flat-screen TV with DVD/VCR A sliding glass door opens onto a covered, screened lanai with a dining table (seats four) and a lounge area with chairs and a sofa. It’s a perfect shaded spot to enjoy the Captiva breezes, surrounded by tropical greenery and bird song. Outdoor steps lead down to the pool deck. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. The main dining table seats 4, while the bar area allows for additional seating. Upstairs has a pleasant loft beneath the cathedral ceiling just adjacent to the Primary Bedroom. The loft has a king bed and an office area. The upstairs primary suite has a king bed with two bedside chests of drawers. The spacious main room has sliding glass doors opening onto a very private sundeck (western exposure) seating. This suite has a full-size dresser, closet, large flat-screen TV, his-and-hers sinks on a wide vanity, and a step-in stall shower. On the main level are two more bedrooms. The secondary primary suite is a large room with a king bed, bedside chests of drawers, a full-size dresser with a mirror. The bathroom has a tub shower and walk-in closet. The northeast guest bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. It shares the guest bathroom (step-in stall shower) Each bedroom has a TV for your evening enjoyment!
