Any evidence of an unauthorized pet will result in an additional cleaning fee and possible penalties. (Starts at $500 fine) *Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community. Oversized vehicles, vehicles with logos are not permitted in the community overnight. Indoor music is allowed with doors closed. ★ Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. ★ Exterior security cameras and a video doorbell are installed for exterior monitoring only. ★ Starter supplies are provided upon arrival; additional supplies may be needed for longer stays. ★ Cleaning is completed at the end of each stay. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. ★ Package deliveries to the home are not recommended, and we cannot be responsible for delivered items. ★ A resort key fob is provided for shared amenities and must be returned at check-out. Lost key fobs incur a replacement fee. ★ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and fees.
