As Fredericksburg is at the center of Texas Wine Country, downtown features many tasting rooms that showcase local vineyards. Just a couple of blocks away, you can dive into history at the National Museum of the Pacific War, one of the town's most acclaimed attractions. HOUSE RULES: - Occupancy [ 14 ] - No smoking on the premises inside or outside. - Pets are not allowed. - The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. - Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. - There is free street and parking available behind the home in the alley way as long as vehicles do not block the drive. - The garage is closed and will not be available to guests. - To turn on the lights near the carport, the switch is on the left of the kitchen sink near the backdoor. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. - This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife. Pool Rules: - No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. - Supervise children at all times. - Please rinse off before entry. - No glass or food is allowed in the pool or pool area. *Additional fees may apply if glass is found in the pool area. - For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep these little critters outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
