The suite boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for accommodating up to two guests, as well as a luxurious copper soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. Unwind in our snug corners and get ready for your Fredericksburg adventure in our meticulously designed bathroom. *Please note there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the entrance of this property, as it is above the Lone Star Candy Bar* You'll be situated at the heart of Fredericksburg, just steps away from Main Street, above a candy store! You'll have the convenience of walking to numerous wineries, dining options, and shops. Downtown Fredericksburg is a hub of culture and cuisine. Expect to indulge in culinary delights at nearby restaurants, sip on local wines, and soak up the town's rich history through its well-preserved architecture and museums. Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, FCM Homes Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment. HOUSE RULES: - Occupancy [ 2 ] - Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee. - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Not suitable for children and infants. - Smoking is not allowed. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. - Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors. - Fireplace for use only with candles. - This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
