Fully renovated in 2024, you will be among the first guests to experience all of the beautiful upgrades that make this unit a comfortable, updated vacation destination! This villa is located on the second floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. This villa can sleep a party of 4 with a brand-new king bed in the master bedroom and a brand-new queen pullout sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms feature a shower tub combination, ideal for those travelling with small children. The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line kitchenware and the unit comes with a variety of beach gear. The unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or the wonder any of the esteemed Captiva beaches. Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
