The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided. Complimentary amenities, including beach towels. SLEEPING OPTIONS (ACCOMMODATES 4 GUESTS) Master bedroom with king size bed and a private roof terrace. One bedroom, with two single beds that can be joined together into a king. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible! CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area with minimal disturbance. Essential services like a medical center, drugstore, bank, and law firm ensure convenience during your stay. The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options: Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.
