La Antigua 28 is a beautiful two-bedroom condo in the heart of Las Catalinas designed for making lasting memories with family and friends. It offers a warm and inviting beach-themed design and is within walking distance of the sandy shores of Playa Danta and the shops and restaurants in Las Catalinas. The condoβs bright, airy, open-concept living space is stylishly decorated with blue-and-white accents, beach-themed decor, and tropical houseplants. The living room is furnished with a white linen sofa, a couple of lounge chairs, a wooden coffee table, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and a closet that opens to a stackable washer and dryer. The living space also opens to a lovely terrace with an outdoor table and chairs that overlooks the beautiful Mediterranean-style architecture and plunge pools in Las Catalinas. The fully-equipped kitchen has high-end granite countertops, sleek white cabinets, a ceiling fan, nautical-themed decor, and stainless steel appliances, like a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. At the center of the kitchen, there is a spacious granite island with seating for three people. The condo offers two bedrooms to comfortably sleep four guests. The master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds that, upon request, can be converted into a king bed. This room also includes a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a vanity and walk-in shower. La Antigua 28 is located in a sought-after condominium community in Las Catalinas. Inside the complex, guests will have access to a BBQ grill, an outdoor shower for coming and going from the nearby beach, and, most notably, a spectacular rooftop terrace that offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the surrounding mountains, and the old-world-style architecture of Las Catalinas. Guests at La Antigua 28 also can enjoy exclusive access to the Las Catalinas Beach Club for an additional fee of $30 per person daily (7 AM to 8 PM). At the Beach Club, youβll have access to a hot tub, a restaurant, a gym, and three swimming pools β a kid-friendly pool for families, a secluded pool for adults, and a lap pool. The Beach Club also offers a sauna and an ice plunge pool for an extra fee. Please note that during peak periodsβsuch as Holy Week, mid-year vacations, and Christmasβas well as on any other dates determined by Beach Club management, access to the Beach Club may be restricted to members. No pets policy Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Las Catalinas is a unique development north of Potrero built in the style of an Old World Mediterranean village, with fountains and car-free streets made of paving stones. Itβs right in front of the beautiful Playa Danta, at the northern end of a road that connects to Potrero, Flamingo and Brasilito to the south. In addition to its many high-end homes, Las Catalinas has two luxury hotels, Casa Chameleon and Santarena Hotel, both with great restaurants. Las Catalinas has a gourmet grocery store, clothing shops, adventure outfitters and various eateries. Just be advised that prices here are a bit high. Access to the beach is free and open to the public, and thereβs lots of shade. The hills behind Las Catalinas also have miles of trails used for hiking and mountain biking, and thereβs a bike rental shop in town. Las Catalinas is one hour from the international airport in Liberia. Several towns and beaches are within a 20-minute drive, including Potrero, Flamingo and Brasilito. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
