Ground floor features a rec room with full bath and adjacent built in bunk beds (two twins over two fulls), full laundry room. Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, another king suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to back deck and a full bath in the hallway. Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter refrigerated drawers. Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event, unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.
