Hang gliding is a popular activity at the park. Explore through wetland habitats, go swimming, paddling, kiteboarding, and windsurfing on the Roanoke Sound. Within a few minutes of our home you can play at several mini golf courses, go carts, or a full golf course at Nags Head Golf Links. Several local fishing piers (Jennette's Pier, Nags Head Fishing Pier and Outer Banks Fishing Pier) some of which offer fishing rods, tackle and lessons.
