When staying at The Joyful Getaway, you’ll be surrounded by endless activities. Just a short drive away, you can catch world-class shows and live music along the Branson Strip, or explore the shops and restaurants at Branson Landing by the waterfront. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and a TV. Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/soaking tub combo. Bedroom #3 includes 2 full-size beds, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a third-floor, walk-up unit with 32 steps required. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re dog-friendly (up to 30 lbs). A maximum of 1 dog can be brought to the unit. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet. • A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate. • Portable crib provided. • The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
