This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. This home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a main-floor, walk-in unit with 3 steps required. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. • Washer and dryer in home. • Portable crib available. • Long-term stays allowed. • The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. • This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
