Easy Convenience and Stress Free - A beautiful ground floor unit steps from the pool and the ocean boardwalk; this beautiful ground floor condo is thoughtfully designed to be a romantic retreat for two or a fun spot for the family. Sit on the patio while directly overlooking the pool. The condo is tastefully decorated with beachy décor. The fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops comes with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig machine. The dining area features an expandable table with barstool seating 6. A stackable washer and dryer makes this condo your home away from home. The primary bedroom comes with a king size bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed that is also a trundle bed! The third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest” is perfect adventure for the little ones with one bunk bed and one twin bed. A second bathroom is located off the guest bedroom with hallway access too. There is an electric grill on the patio. All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Head indoors to our clubhouse where we have a heated indoor pool, brand new work out room, racquetball court, and a dry sauna. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
