Steps away from the boardwalk, children’s playground, and outdoor pool, this direct oceanfront ground floor condo boasts an amazing view from the patio, living room, and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee pot and stackable washer and dryer. The ample cabinet space and large dining room table that can seat six is perfect for a family beach vacation. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the dunes with your morning cup of coffee or the evening ocean breezes while you grill out for dinner on the unit’s electric grill. There is a king in the primary bedroom and the ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. In the guest bedroom there is a queen and a twin. The two twin bunk beds in the third bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest,” is a perfect bedroom for the children in the family. As this condo is a Silver condo, much of the decor, furniture, and appliances have not been updated in 7+ years. This condo does not have all the bells and whistles, but it will be a comfortable and clean condo. All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Head indoors to our clubhouse where we have a heated indoor pool, brand new work out room, racquetball court, and a dry sauna. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
