Air conditioning and heating, and the table works for a laptop. Kitchen A ceramic hob with a bar counter, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee maker, with pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses in fitted drawers and cabinets. Terrace Chairs, plants and a lamp, looking out over the neighbouring buildings.
