There is a spot to work on a laptop, and air conditioning. The sofa bed takes the third guest. Kitchen Open to the living room and fully equipped: gas hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with cookware, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. Terrace A long bar counter facing the street and the rooftops, reached from both the bedroom and the living room. Bathroom One bathroom with a washbasin set into a wooden unit, a mirror and a hairdryer. In the building Pool, gym and lift. This flat has no parking.
