Sink into the plush couches, stream your favorite shows on the TV, or break out the board games for a laid-back night in. 🌡️ Temperature Control While the thermostat is located in the upstairs unit, we're happy to adjust it remotely to keep the space comfortable throughout your stay. Space heaters are also available on request if you prefer extra warmth and control. 🍳 Kitchenette The thoughtfully stocked kitchenette is ideal for light cooking and simple meals. With a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and basic utensils, it’s easy to whip up breakfast, reheat leftovers, or enjoy snacks anytime. 🍽️ Dining Area A small dining table sits just off the kitchen—perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or a quiet dinner for two. Whether you're enjoying takeout or something homemade, it’s a cozy spot to slow down and savor. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Living Room: Sofa Bed 🛁 Bathroom The modern bathroom is fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo, body wash, facial wipes, feminine products, and a hair dryer. It’s a clean, private space that makes it easy to pack light and feel at home. 🌳 Outdoor Space Step outside and take a short scenic stroll along the side of the house to access your outdoor area—complete with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and a spacious deck. It’s the perfect setup for fresh air, relaxed evenings, or stargazing by the fire. 🏡 Who You May See on the Property There’s a separate three-bedroom unit located in the upstairs main house. It has its own private entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces, so your privacy remains intact throughout your stay. 👶 Kid-Friendly Amenities We’ve included a pack-n-play (with sheets) and a high chair for your convenience, making travel with little ones simpler and more comfortable. 🔒 Security A security camera is located at the front door of the property, providing peace of mind without interrupting your privacy. 🏞️ Located in the scenic and historic Westside neighborhood of Colorado Springs, this property offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and easy access to urban conveniences. Here’s what you can explore in the surrounding area: 🛍️ Shops & Restaurants Just minutes away from Old Colorado City, you’ll find a charming mix of unique boutiques, art galleries, and a variety of dining options. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual coffee, a gourmet meal, or a craft beer from a local brewery, this area has something for everyone. Downtown Colorado Springs is also just a short drive away, offering even more shopping, dining, and entertainment options. 🌄 Outdoor Adventures Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to some of Colorado’s most iconic natural attractions. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🚪 Backyard Access: To access the backyard, you need to walk around the deck and enter the backyard of the upstairs unit, and then there’s a gate to your own private backyard. 🔇 Consideration for Others: To ensure that all guests on the premises have a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that you are considerate of others. Please be mindful of excessive noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, and respect the space and privacy of other guests. We want all guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay in this peaceful environment. 🔥 Fire Pit & Grill: If you plan on using the fire pit or grill, please refer to the posted instructions and local regulations due to the high risk of wildfires in Colorado. Before using the fire pit or grill, guests should check with the host or the city website to see if there are any restrictions or guidelines in place. For example, there may be a ban on outdoor fires and grill use during dry periods or high fire danger days. After use, it's crucial to fully extinguish the fire pit to prevent any embers or sparks from reigniting. Guests should pour water over the fire, stirring the embers and ashes to ensure everything is fully doused. It's also recommended to cover the fire pit with a fire pit cover or metal lid to prevent any accidental reignition. 🚭 Smoking: In accordance with Colorado law, smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor area near the fire pit. We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking in any other outdoor areas, as well as inside the home, to help maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests. We strictly prohibit smoking anything, including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping, inside the home. Any violation of this policy will result in the loss of the security deposit.
