To preserve the privacy and exclusivity of the property, the studio apartment is reserved exclusively for larger groups and is only made available when occupancy exceeds 9 guests. The studio is never rented separately to unrelated guests, ensuring that all reservations enjoy exclusive use of the property and grounds throughout their stay. If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$750 will be collected by the property prior to your stay. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
