During this time, we will continue to provide full management of the rental; however, the owners will be onsite and available to assist in the event of an emergency. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
