The surrounding area is residential and peaceful. You'll find tree-lined streets, residential buildings and typical local houses. Local shops, bakeries, grocery shops, pharmacies, small cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance of the loft. The loft's location gives you easy access to Bécon Les Bruyères station, which is just a 7-minute walk away, making it less than 10 minutes by train to Paris. You'll be able to quickly reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the city's various emblematic sites: the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and the Sacré Coeur Basilica. This modern loft is bright and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the 3rd floor with lift. Parking is available for your vehicle. The loft comprises : - A designer kitchen opening onto the living room, functional and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, wine cellar, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. The loft also has a washing machine. - The living room has a large sofa, a dining table and a television. Electric shutters open to create an intimate space for your evenings. Air conditioning is available in the living room. - A first double bedroom on the ground floor with wardrobe. - A second double bedroom on the first floor with wardrobe and television. - A third double bedroom on the first floor with wardrobe and air conditioning. An umbrella bed is available in the loft. - A bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. - Plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Television and broadband internet connection (WiFi) Courbevoie, located in the western suburbs of Paris, enjoys a privileged location near the La Défense business district.
