It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, alternating or internship ... The apartment is located on the ground floor and is composed as follows - A living room, - A sleeping area with double bed and dressing room, - An open and fully equipped kitchenette, - A shower room with WC, - WIFI and TV, - Sheets and towels, The apartment is located in a friendly neighborhood two kilometers from the capital, where it's nice to stroll or have a drink on the terrace. The atmosphere is particularly lively and family-oriented on Saturday afternoons. A very dynamic area full of restaurants, famous stores, as well as many local businesses (bakery, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, ...). "We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have."
