The fifth bedroom is a private guesthouse (casita) with a separate entrance, offering a king bed, sitting area, and its own kitchenette with a sink, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, plus a private bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. A large breakfast bar doubles as prep space and connects seamlessly to the open-concept great room, which features a wood-burning fireplace (please bring your own wood or fire logs), a leather sofa, HD TV with satellite and DVD player (bring your own DVDs), a dining table, and stunning views framed by large picture windows under a traditional boveda ceiling.
