MAIN LEVEL: You'll be welcomed into a bright and open living area with a large sectional sofa, TV, and decorative fireplace that creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere. KITCHEN AND DINING: The fully equipped kitchen includes all utensils and appliances, along with a breakfast bar and plenty of counter space—ideal for both cooking and entertaining. The dining room seats eight comfortably and offers uninterrupted ocean views with direct access to a wraparound balcony. BEDROOMS ON MAIN LEVEL: This floor features two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private en suite bathroom. A third bedroom includes a twin bed, and there’s an additional full bathroom in the hallway. LOWER LEVEL: Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with two twin beds. This level also includes a spacious family room with its own fully equipped kitchenette and minibar. The living area opens directly to a ground-floor porch with front-row views of the ocean. OUTDOOR SPACES: The upstairs balcony features a charcoal grill and outdoor seating, perfect for a sunset barbecue.
