Old Town Scottsdale is famous for its art galleries, trendy boutiques, and a bustling nightlife scene. You'll also find numerous parks and recreational areas nearby, perfect for outdoor activities and family outings. Pool & Spa Heating The spa is heated with your reservation. Pool heating is optional at $75/night or $400/week. Please request pool heating at least 72 hours before check-in to ensure it is ready upon arrival. A pool use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in. Parties & Events Strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances and violations may result in fines and immediate removal from the property. Security & Noise Monitoring Exterior security cameras monitor the front entry and side access areas for safety, vendor access, and occupancy verification. The home also uses a Minut noise monitoring device that measures sound levels in decibels only and does not record conversations. Pet Policy Pets are generally not permitted, but exceptions may be considered. Approved pets require a $175 non-refundable pet fee. Late Check-Outs Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee. Family Amenities Pack-n-Play and highchair available upon request.
