Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. Please note, we strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale has stringent regulations regarding noise disturbances, and violations may result in significant fines and the permanent removal of this property from hosting platforms. For safety and compliance, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used exclusively to monitor occupancy, disturbances, and emergency situations.
