You’ll enter on the lower level, where Bedroom 1 offers two queen beds and a full bathroom. The second level features an open-concept dining area, kitchen, living room, and a convenient half bath. On the third level, you’ll find access to the private hot tub as well as the master suite, complete with a king bed and full bathroom. Perfectly situated for your Lake Tahoe getaway, this home provides an exceptional alternative to hotel lodging. You’ll be just minutes from world-class skiing, hiking, biking, boating, beaches, and casinos. Nevada Beach is only a two-minute drive away, offering wide sandy shores, stunning lake views, and towering mountain peaks. Please note: This is a three-story unit, and there are two flights of stairs leading from the parking area to the front door. ~ This home does not have air conditioning, and BBQs are not permitted per HOA rules. Permit # DSTR1174P *Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 6 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. **Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. Permit # DSTR1174P Min age to rent any property is 25.
