Great for our 5 yr old daughter. Poipu Beach has a covered playground and an awesome baby swimming area at the beach. The condo was wonderful to have two full bathrooms. Only downside is no A/C so it got hot during the day and evening. Plenty of electric fans to help take the heat off. The full kitchen was nice to have to stock with food as well. The pool was big enough to swim and cool off after spending the day at the beach. We would definitely come back here again! A hui hou Nihi Kai #805 is a very spacious and comfortable unit. This was a perfect stay for my family of four including 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. our family had a wonderful stay here, we enjoyed coffee, cocktails, meals and family time on the lanai. This is our second time staying in a Parrish unit and we will continue to do so when we return. Thank you! Bright, airy, and cozy, this condo and property provided more amenities than we needed. Caveat: no air conditioning, but we wouldn't have used it anyway. Clearly this space has been well taken care of, although nearly everything seemed to be circa 1980's -- lots of déjà vu for us.
