A covered terrace beyond the living room is equipped with a barbecue and dining area, so that you can both eat and cook outdoors. As the sun goes down, make your way up to the roof top observation deck and savour 360 views of the marina and the turquoise sea. Step inside…. Polished coral stone floors, hardwood ceilings, and wall-to-wall glass doors create an inviting tropical modern style indoors that is elevated by bright accent colours and Balinese furnishings. The simple layout features an open plan kitchen and living room that open directly onto the courtyard garden downstairs, and a bedroom and bathroom above. The kitchen space, which is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar, is equipped with all the essentials for whipping up a meal and a large L-shaped sofa provides ample room to stretch out and watch a movie. Upstairs, the pitched, hardwood ceiling over the king size bed adds a sense of grandeur, while the deep soaking tub and separate shower are pure indulgence. There is also a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and free-standing soaking tub; double vanity Additional Information • Tax: 12% A refundable security deposit of $1,000, or a 10% security deposit of the nightly rate, whichever is greater, will need to be paid at the same time as the final payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due. Please note that there is a 12% tax applicable to any additional goods or services provided during your stay. This includes fees for extra amenities such as air conditioning, pool heating, butler service, cleaning, and any other services or goods you may request during your stay.
